I hired a bicycle while on holiday nearby. Barry was extremely helpful during the whole process. He ensured I had the right bike when I booked over the phone. He prepared the bike to fit me, explained and demonstrated how to remove the front wheel to ensure the bike would fit in my car. He offered to help with loading and unloading the bike and provided a cardboard to protect my car boot. He was also very helpful in providing information about cycling routes nearby.
