Neil Bishop has always been fantastic for us. He's busy, as you'd expect of a good craftsman, but has always done a great job; tidy, neat and reasonable cost. He has always turned up on time.

Totally useless, no intention of turning up....total waste of a week. I ring his "emergency" mobile, and he turns it off......Total rubbish, a useless individual...
