Room clean and presentation, unfortunately very noisy people above us and had to contact the night manager, who said he would look into it.It did stop after a hour. The road into where it's situated is very off putting .
Good location with lots of other useful stores and eateries around. Hotel was clean and tidy with polite staff. Meal deal works out well if you take it. Our room was by the busy road however we couldn't hear any road noise at all. In all a relaxing stay at the hotel.
Rooms were clean and tidy. One thing we would of liked was to be able to turn down the thermostat below 19 it lead to a hot stuffy night. Another thing that could be improved on is getting in and out of the bath for a shower if you have mobility issues, something like a grab rail by the bath and another inside by the towel rail. The staff were very polite and helpful. On a sad note my car ended up having a dent in the door with a scratch along it with red paint after leaving it in their car park but it does say at your own risk. On the whole we will use them again
Very nice hotel. Nice rooms with tea and coffee making facilities. Family rooms have an extra bed. Our room had air-conditioning. Very welcoming in a really hot spell.Extra pillows are in the rooms if needed.A chair is added to the room as well as a lamp. A flat screen tv is positioned on the wall in front of the bed. A hair dryer is included in each room.A mirror in each room too.A waste bin is in the room.The bathroom has a toilet and a wash basin.A bath with a shower mixer is in most bathrooms.Very nice room and comfortable bed.
Looks fairly new. Clean and well kept. Restaurant was busy when we were there. You'll need to book a table. Food good not exciting but all worked smoothly enough.
