We had a bit of a predicament, with a tiny scared kitten becoming hidden under (what we thought) was the floor boards. Within 20 mins of calling this fabulous man was at the front door in full Ace Ventura pet detective mode ready to save the day! Extremely professional & very down to earth genuine guy which is just what you want when youre letting someone into your home!Andrew tried every avenue possible to help get the kitten out while being extremely aware of her being around (albeit not sure where which made things trickier for him). Andrew went above and beyond by then fixing everything up (which isnt something I expected off him when I called to arrange him to come save the cat) and leaving the place clean. Really couldnt recommend enough!! Thank you so much again for saving our little Kitty!!!
