Was not impressed with the slapdash reception. Didn't feel well looked after. The vet seemed fine, but not very thorough.

Really helpful and competent staff who take the time to make sure that you are happy. They take the time to explain the options and then give you a choice as to which way you want your pet treated. Open at the weekends which is when our animals always seem to have problems. Would certainly recommend them.
